Inner Journey

Updated: Oct 13, 2021

This design was inspired by going within to connect with my spiritual essence and emerging more compassionate, loving and kind. I designed the #InnerJourney Collection years ago and it still resonates today. We are all on a journey through this life - the same journey. I have learned that if I can bring my Inner Journey to the outer world, coming from a place of unconditional love, my intentions are clear.

Many times in my life something I wished I could avoid, for fear of pain and suffering, turned into an amazing gift. When in the embrace of pain and fear I am directed to focus inward. The realization that our challenges are what help us evolve has opened up a well of gratitude in me for the life I have been given.

Going within and accessing our deeper dimension, our consciousness, empowers us through loving awareness.

After the year we've experienced collectively, now is a wonderful time to get still and access the good that emanates from within each of us. Spending a lot of time at home during the pandemic I have been listening to and reading spiritual practices that have really helped me to go beyond the personality and access that still divine presence within. How have you expanded your consciousness over the past year? Creatively? Socially? Spiritually?

Please share your experience.

Eckhardt Tolle, Sarah Blondin and Pema Chodron are a few of my favorites. I found Sarah Blondin on the Insight Timer App which has a lot of free content. I am in the middle of her "This Deepest Self" course, it was worth upgrading to the yearly membership for $60. The Sounds True Foundation also has so many online offerings once you get on their email list.
